Hookah Kings Shipping Information

US Domestic Shipping is handled by UPS. All orders shipped via UPS are insured up to $100.00 and a tracking number is sent to customer by email. As we can not guarantee the exact date of delivery, view the map below which shows approximate UPS delivery times.

*All orders made before 3:30pm Mtn are shipped same day.

*UPS NEXT DAY and 2ND DAY = Next and 2nd business day. IE a 2nd day delivery ordered on thurs. would not arrive until monday and a NEXT DAY order made on friday would also, not arrive until monday.

*We ship to all P.O. Boxes and Military addresses via US Postal Service.

International Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. Current rates can be viewed at www.usps.com. All international purchases will ship air parcel with insurance included. Some countries prohibit the importation of tobacco products and tobacco pipes. It is the customer's responsibility to know the import/export laws of the country to which they wish us to ship. If we determine that it is unlawful to ship tobacco products to a particular country, hookahkings.com will not ship the order. The customer will be contacted and a refund of the purchase amount will be issued, minus any fees that hookahkings.com may incur from the original sales transaction and refund transaction.

Return Policy
You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To quickly process your return you will need to email returns@hookahkings.com prior to returning the items. All returned goods must be sealed, unused and in original packaging. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Company Error/Manufacturer's Defect/Damaged Goods
All merchandise must be in UNUSED condition
Items returned within 30 days will be credited the full purchase amount.

Customer Error
All merchandise must be in UNUSED condition
Customer must return items in original packaging within 30 days.
Credit for purchase amount will be refunded minus original shipping fees.

General Return Policy Notes
Customer requesting a return must contact us within 30 days.
Return requests after 30 days from shipping date will not be accepted unless all attempts by customer to contact hookahkings.com Importers within 30 days are unsuccessful.
