CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hookah Kings is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and from there we ship all the orders. We are dedicated to offering you high quality hookah pipes, shisha tobacco and accessories.

ORDERING FAQ
How do I place an order?
Once you have added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from the shopping cart at the bottom of your screen.
What if I have a coupon with the discount code?
During your checkout you will see where to enter a coupon code. Once you have entered a coupon code the amount on the coupon will be deducted from the final price and you can proceed with your payment.
How can I get a discount that was not applied to my order?
Please send us an email (orders@hookahkings.com) with subject DISCOUNT NOT APPLIED, the specific promotion or discount code, and the order will be reviewed. Applicable discounts will be applied directly to the credit card used on the order once the order has been shipped out. If you need further assistance please contact our Customer Service 505-242-3907.
Do I get order confirmation number?
Once you have submitted your order and provided us with the valid email address, you will receive order confirmation email with the subject line “Hookah Kings Order No.” to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Please make sure to provide us with the correct email address.
How can I check status and track my order?
Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from UPS with your Hookah Kings order tracking number where you will have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package while it is in transit to your destination. The tracking information will become available 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please make sure to provide us with the correct email address.
Why doesn’t the tracking number work?
It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website. For further assistance, contact us or call our Customer Service 505-242-3907
I did not receive an order confirmation or shipment notification by email. How can I get another copy?
If you do not have your order confirmation number and did not receive a copy of your order confirmation or shipment notification, please contact our Customer Service 505-242-3907 for further assistance.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, simply call 505-242-3907.
When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards as form of payment.
- If the error message references billing address verification error, this typically indicates that the credit card company or the network they use has a different billing address on file than the address you provided while placing an order. Please note you may need to update your address with your credit card company.
- If the error message references the order is being refused, please contact your credit card company to determine their reason for the refusal.
- If you experience an error after checking out of the shopping cart, but before entering any other information, this typically indicates that your computer is not set to accept cookies. You might be required to enable cookies on your computer.

What is “Your Account”?
Your account stores your personal information which is especially helpful to you when you shop with us again since you’ll not have to enter your billing information every time. Your account also accumulates bonus points based on previous orders and can be used towards future orders. You’ll be asked few security questions in order to complete your checkout which is a fast procedure. In your account we allow you to create a wish list where you can share it with your friends. The information is kept secure and safe, and there are many advantages of having your account with us.
How can I update my account information?
All you have to do is log in to your account using you user name and password. Once you are in your account you can update your information, it’s simple and easy.
I forgot my password; can you send it to me?
Sure we can. Click the “Login” link at the top of any page. Then click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the instructions and we will e-mail you your password to the e-mail address that we have on file.

What payment methods are available?
We accept following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card.
The billing address must exactly match your name, address, zip code and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement since this information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.
Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.
What is a Card Verification Number?
Card Verification Number is used to protect our customers from credit card fraud, so we require Card Verification Number to be entered when purchasing on our web site to ensure that order is being placed by the actual cardholder. Card Verification Number is a 3 digit number found in the signature area on the back of your credit card or if you use the American Express card it’s the 4 digit number found on the front of your card.
Can I pay with cash or check?
At this time we do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We only charge NM sales tax if your order is being shipped to New Mexico.

Your credit card information is NEVER stored on our servers. All credit card information is sent directly to our credit card processor via 128-bit encryption.
Is it safe to use my debit card on your website?
Yes, most debit card purchases perform exactly the same as credit card payments.
When do I get an invoice?
Once you complete your on-line order, you will have an option to print the order confirmation screen as a record of your order. Also if you provide us with a valid email address when you will receive an email with the subject "Hookah Kings Order Confirmation". This email may also serve as a record of your order. We also send you your receipt/invoice with your order.
