What Is Wrong With My Hookah?

Hey..

I can't figure out what is wrong with my hookah. It has gone downhill really quick. The smoke remains in the vase which I've never seen happen in any other Hookah i've smoked. It is also starting to get harsh really quick to the point where I have to blow out the smoke every 10 hits or so.

I've tried to adjust the valve on the side with no luck. It is a cheap hookah but I still don't see why the smoke would get stuck in there.

What do you guys think
