Need Some Help…

Hello guys ! Few hours ago i was searching for some shisha when i found a stem on a romanian website ( this website is a little e-bay ) . I think the stem looks quite good and solid but idk if i should buy it or not. From those pics it looks old and a little rusty but that is my opinion. These were the only 2 pics of it. The price is about 90$ . I want to know if this is a quality stem and what should i do: buy it or not. Also, does anyone of you know what brand made this stem?
